OC Bad-Ending: Housewife
Hello my friends!
I know I say this a lot, but this pic was really a blast! I think it was the single most enjoyable pic I painted so far in this series.
I really like the setting and theme of this pic, I was always a enthusiast of 50s aesthetics, a lot of it is probably due to my love for the fallout game series and the classic Twilight Zone tv show, in any case, the vibe of this pic really hit all the boxes for me.
Also, you might notice some changes in the style of lighting for this pic, that’s due to some new stuff I’ve been studying on book I bought last month, the book is really great and its opening my eyes for how to light and frame my illustrations, it was really fun to apply some of that stuff in this pic.

The lighting is awesome! The slight glow of the cigarette is a nice touch, oddly enough attracts my eye more than the rest. Great contrast to the 50s atmosphere. Hope you keep doing details like that! Tangent, I keep thinking that’s the Fonz, really dissonant
